📋 Description

• Own customer acquisition for a premium dietary supplement brand focused on digestive, immune, and nervous system health • Own all new customer marketing and acquisition across all channels • Focus on direct-to-consumer growth and contribute meaningfully to the Healthcare Practitioner and B2B engines • Manage content that drives customer acquisition • Manage media buying and spend across Meta, Google, pay-for-play and editorial podcasts, AppLovin, streaming video, newsletters, and other media channels • Drive key customer acquisition initiatives across channels • Maintain accountability for efficient customer acquisition and creative-testing velocity • Expand channels while maintaining measurement discipline and profitability guardrails • Serve on the Leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in digital media buying • Strong track record in creative campaign direction • Demonstrated success managing content that drives customer acquisition • Experience managing media buying and spend across multiple digital channels • Track record of driving customer acquisition initiatives across channels • Strong performance marketing background with accountability for efficient customer acquisition • Experience with creative-testing velocity and channel expansion • Expertise in measurement discipline and maintaining profitability guardrails • Daily hours of crossover with Colorado Mountain Time required • Must be available Tuesdays at noon MT (Boulder, Colorado) • Must be willing to work remotely as an independent contractor • Personal experience with a chronic condition or gut health • Regular use of supplements • Belief in integrative health approaches • Experience in the health and wellness industry

• $7,000 - $8,000 per month base + incentives • Full-time • Fully remote • Daily crossover hours with Colorado MT required, with Tuesday availability at noon MT mandatory • 20 days PTO plus public holidays • Remote work as an independent contractor • Company celebrations in a dedicated Slack channel • Diverse, collaborative remote team environment
