📋 Description

• You take responsibility for driving sustainable growth in new customer business. • You develop a robust pipeline and manage multiple complex sales processes in parallel. • You lead decision-making processes with various stakeholders on the customer side — from IT and procurement to management. • You validate our product fit and core USPs in conversations with prospective customers, at trade shows and in presentations. • You prepare, position, and negotiate proposal and contract documents. • You work closely with product development, professional services, and executive management. • You oversee the handover to our project teams and remain a point of contact when it matters. • You provide structured customer and market feedback and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales approach.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a business or technical discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics) or a comparable IT-related qualification • 8–10 years of experience in B2B software sales—ideally with complex, consultative solutions (e.g., as an Account Executive, Enterprise Account Manager, Sales Executive, or Solution Sales Manager) • Experience with long sales cycles and managing parallel opportunities • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and accurately • Strong negotiation skills when dealing with multiple stakeholders (IT, business units, management, procurement) • Understanding of value selling and the ability to demonstrably communicate economic benefits • Very good German and business-fluent English
