📋 Description
• Attracting and hiring top talent across designated business areas within ACS • Manage full-cycle recruiting—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and presenting candidates • Partner closely with hiring leaders to meet hiring goals • Build a diverse, inclusive workforce and delivering a high-quality candidate experience • Act as a brand ambassador for ACS in candidate attraction
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • 3+ years of recruitment experience in progressive organization or agency • Executive recruitment experience preferred • Experience utilizing Workday recruitment and LinkedIn Recruiter
