📋 Description

• Lead transformation projects end-to-end (scoping, coordination, deployment, monitoring). • Coordinate with stakeholders (Product, Tech, Salesforce, Operations, Accounting, etc.). • Identify day-to-day pain points and propose concrete solutions. • Structure processes to make them simple, robust and scalable. • Track performance metrics and measure the impact of implemented actions. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, data, and the use of AI when it delivers real value.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree. • 3–5 years of significant experience in process automation, AI tools deployment, and project management. • Experience in a demanding operational environment (scale-up, operations, transformation consulting).
