📋 Description
• Schedule phone screens, interviews, and debriefs across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. • Post and refresh job openings across our ATS and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed). • Screen inbound applicants against role criteria and route qualified candidates to recruiters. • Keep the ATS clean and current: candidate statuses, interview notes, and hiring documentation. • Support our transition to a new onboarding system as appropriate • Other functions to support recruiting efforts on the team
🎯 Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a fast-paced administrative role. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you keep many moving pieces on track. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Comfort with ATS platforms • **Education and Experience ** • - At least two (2) years’ recruiting or similar experience
