📋 Description

• Own clinical quality across the provider network, ensuring adherence to evidence-based guidelines and company care models • Conduct chart reviews, audits, and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of care • Lead clinical performance improvement initiatives • Directly manage and supervise providers (NPs, W2 MDs, and 1099 MDs) • Lead clinical onboarding and training for new providers • Build a strong clinical culture centered on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• MD, DO, or NP with active, unrestricted license • 7+ years of clinical experience, including telehealth or virtual care • 3+ years of leadership experience managing or supervising providers • Strong track record of driving clinical quality and provider performance • Experience working in cross-functional environments with operations and product teams
