📋 Description

• Identify, elicit, analyze, specify, document, and manage functional and non-functional system requirements. • Elicit and model business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. • Create user stories, use cases, business rules, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts required for solution development. • Participate in product backlog refinement, supporting the prioritization and detailing of requirements. • Serve as an interface between business areas, the Product Owner, users, and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements. • Support solution design for new products, services, and system enhancements, aligned with business needs and established standards. • Participate in the validation of developed solutions, supporting user acceptance testing and verifying compliance with specified requirements. • Map and document business processes using modeling best practices. • Lead requirements elicitation, refinement, and validation meetings with stakeholders. • Support the identification of risks, impacts, and dependencies related to requirements and initiatives. • Ensure traceability between requirements, features, and delivered solutions. • Collaborate with developers, architects, test analysts, UX professionals, and other members of the Agile team. • Ensure compliance with the technical, methodological, and operational requirements established contractually.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. • At least 1 year of experience identifying, defining, and documenting business processes and software requirements to be implemented. • Experience eliciting, analyzing, and specifying functional and non-functional requirements. • Experience creating User Stories, acceptance criteria, and other requirements artifacts. • Knowledge of Agile software development principles and practices, including Scrum and Kanban. • Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques. • Experience managing and refining product backlogs. • Ability to interact and negotiate with multiple stakeholders. • Analytical ability to understand and model business rules. • Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation (BPM) — preferred. • Knowledge of user experience (UX) — preferred. • Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or similar — preferred. • Knowledge of UML — preferred. • Knowledge of SQL for basic queries — preferred. • Knowledge of OpenAPI / Swagger — preferred. • Knowledge of system integrations and REST APIs — preferred. • Knowledge of application security — preferred. • Experience in software development projects for public-sector organizations — preferred.
