📋 Description

• Conduct thorough analyses, identify fraud patterns, and seek opportunities to improve security processes • Monitor and analyze Pix transaction flows in real time • Detect behavioral deviations in Pix transaction alerts while preserving the experience of legitimate customers and minimizing financial losses • Identify, map, and document new patterns of fraudulent activity • Assist in creating, testing, and refining monitoring rules, metrics, and fraud detection workflows • Analyze system information and conduct advanced web research (OSINT) to validate customer activity and consistency and mitigate risks • Meet daily and weekly productivity targets (SLA) while maintaining technical rigor and high-quality deliverables • Monitor potential instabilities or anomalies in internal and partner systems that could impact operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Engineering, Systems Analysis, or a related field • Previous experience in fraud prevention • A plus: experience in e-commerce, banking, or fintech • Practical knowledge of how the Pix ecosystem operates, including its rules and dynamics • Experience using market databases and credit bureaus to validate data • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, especially spreadsheets for data cross-referencing • A plus: familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools for optimizing workflows and data logic • A plus: coursework in document examination or digital scam prevention • A plus: knowledge of real-time transaction monitoring tools
