📋 Description

• Serve as the single point of contact for internal support across the entire company • Triage and categorize tickets, resolve first-level issues, and escalate requests with context • Provide support for access issues related to email, Teams and Microsoft Authenticator • Manage access on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure DevOps and Git platforms • Support enablement of corporate AD/SSO logins and MFA • Create accounts and email addresses for new employees and oversee equipment preparation • Coordinate return of equipment and revocation of accesses and licenses during offboarding • Manage inventory of users, laptops and licenses • Track the equipment lifecycle with the vendor • Manage corporate telephony, including SIM cards and numbers • Monitor production and internal environments for availability, scalability, resources, queues and integrations • Perform health checks of APIs and integrations and monitor VPN status • Produce information security reports requested by clients • Execute operational security routines, including reviewing inactive users, new device alerts and MFA compliance • Enhance the Service Desk AI agent • Document processes and convert recurring tickets into automations or self-service articles • Support cloud cost optimization and infrastructure refinements • Take on small tasks from Infrastructure and DevOps teams to broaden technical knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Windows computer configuration • Experience in support/helpdesk or other IT roles, or relevant coursework • Experience using task boards for self-management and organization • Good written and verbal communication to assist non-technical stakeholders • Degree in progress or completed in Technology-related fields
