📋 Description

• Act in the identification, elicitation, analysis, specification, documentation, and management of functional and non-functional requirements for systems. • Conduct business process mapping and modeling, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. • Create user stories, use cases, business rules, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts required for solution development. • Participate in product backlog refinement, supporting prioritization and detailing of requests. • Serve as the interface between business areas, Product Owner, users, and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements. • Support the design of solutions for new products, services, and system evolutions, aligned with business needs and defined standards. • Participate in the validation of developed solutions, supporting UAT and verifying adherence to specified requirements. • Map and document business processes using modeling best practices. • Lead elicitation, refinement, and validation meetings with stakeholders. • Support the identification of risks, impacts, and dependencies related to requests. • Ensure traceability between requirements, features, and delivered items. • Work closely with developers, architects, QA analysts, UX designers, and other members of the agile team. • Ensure compliance with technical, methodological, and operational requirements established contractually.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields. • Minimum of 3 years' experience identifying, defining, and documenting business processes and software requirements for implementation. • Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and specifying functional and non-functional requirements. • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and other requirements artifacts. • Knowledge of agile software development principles and practices, including Scrum and Kanban. • Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques. • Experience in backlog management and refinement. • Ability to interact and negotiate with multiple stakeholders. • Analytical skills for understanding and modeling business rules. • Preferred: • Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation (BPM). • Knowledge of user experience (UX). • Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, or similar). • Knowledge of UML. • Basic SQL knowledge for simple queries. • Knowledge of OpenAPI / Swagger. • Knowledge of system integrations and REST APIs. • Knowledge of application security. • Experience in software development projects for the Public Administration (government).
