📋 Description

• Be part of a squad focused on quality, creative processes, and agile development. • Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on a legacy system developed with PHP on the back end and React on the front end. • Ensure stability, performance, and alignment with business needs. • Identify bugs, investigate root causes, and implement efficient solutions. • Implement enhancements to existing features and address new business requirements. • Ensure correct integration of PHP systems with external APIs, databases, and other systems. • Keep technical documentation up to date, describing changes and improvements made. • Work with multidisciplinary teams, such as QA, product, and other developers. • Apply best practices for version control, design patterns, and code review in a legacy environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. • Minimum of five years of proven hands-on experience in developing and maintaining PHP applications, particularly legacy systems. • Strong knowledge of the Laravel framework. • Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL. • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and continuous integration practices. • Ability to work with legacy code, performing refactoring when necessary. • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working in a team. • Analytical, resilient profile with a problem-solving focus. • Knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus.
