📋 Description

• Develop services, APIs, and integrations that support experiments and adoption journeys, delivering high quality work with no major incidents. • Positively impact product activation, adoption, and conversion metrics through a reliable and well-instrumented backend. • Document technical decisions to ensure clarity and alignment across the team. • Implement test coverage, monitoring, and observability for all deliveries. • Serve as a backend technical reference, raising the quality and maintainability of solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and building RESTful APIs. • Proficiency in software architecture and best practices (SOLID, Clean Code, Design Patterns). • Familiarity with Docker and performance and error monitoring practices. • Daily, deliberate use of AI to speed up deliveries, with critical judgment to review AI-generated code. • Ability to structure prompts for AI and to guide the resolution of complex technical problems.
