📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of software architectures, ensuring system quality, stability, performance and maintainability • Work hands-on in software development, balancing high-quality coding with technical leadership • Guide the integration of internal and third-party systems through APIs, microservices and databases • Resolve complex technical blockers that the development team cannot solve independently • Define and implement the overall system testing strategy, including unit, integration, E2E, load, stress and security testing • Promote methodologies such as TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) throughout the development lifecycle • Design, implement and maintain test automation frameworks and architectures • Oversee the execution of regression, performance and stress tests prior to production deployments • Configure and integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines • Ensure monitoring and traceability of systems in test and production environments • Coordinate with vendors on delivery of software packages and their subsequent installation on internal servers • Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions • Interact with regional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Support the team through mentoring, effective delegation and technical guidance • Act analytically and methodically in investigating and resolving critical production incidents

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Spanish (mandatory) • Strong experience in software development • Experience leading technical teams • Proficiency in C# and .NET • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis • Solid knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, GraphQL and event-driven architecture • Experience with unit testing tools such as Jest, JUnit and PyTest • Experience with E2E and functional test automation using Cypress and Selenium • Knowledge of load and performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6 or Artillery • Knowledge of TDD, BDD, Test Pyramid, code coverage and static code analysis with SonarQube • Experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with AWS cloud services • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Ability to communicate with multidisciplinary teams and non-technical stakeholders • Analytical profile for handling critical production incidents • Empathy, mentoring skills and ability to delegate tasks effectively • Ability to balance delivery speed and technical excellence according to business context
