📋 Description

• Define the system architecture and development best practices • Make strategic decisions regarding technologies, frameworks, and tools • Review code and ensure best practices such as clean code • Solve complex technical problems and support less experienced developers • Act as a bridge between developers, product managers, and other departments • Provide mentoring and technical training for the team • Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality • Work on continuous improvement of development processes • Ensure system stability, scalability, and security • Monitor performance metrics and address technical bottlenecks • Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD, and process automation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree in Information Technology or a related field • At least 4 years of proven professional experience as a Developer or Programmer • Demonstrable proficiency (via testing) in one or more of the languages used for the role • Experience in technical leadership of software development teams • Experience in software architecture, code review, and defining best practices • Knowledge of developing scalable, secure, and highly available applications • Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration (CI/CD) • Hold at least one of the required certifications listed, such as OCA, Certified Java Associate/Programmer, Azure Developer Associate, AWS Associate certifications, Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer, or others specified • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) • Knowledge of containers and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with observability, monitoring, and performance practices • Experience with infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of architectural patterns, design patterns, and Clean Architecture
