📋 Description

• Identify and recruit new authors, guiding them through the manuscript submission process for JoVE Journal • Contact potential Guest Editors and collaborate with them to build Methods Collections, JoVE's version of a special issue • Establish and maintain a strong network of scientists/journal authors to drive content acquisition and grow submission rates • Collaborate with the peer review team to facilitate the publication of manuscripts • Meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets

🎯 Requirements

• A Ph.D. in the Life Sciences • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills • Results-driven, with an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational, influencing and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with the publishing process is a plus
