📋 Description
• Process invoices and daily transactions • Update and maintain the accounting database. Check postings and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes • Issue invoices to customers as required • Perform bookkeeping services • Conduct bank reconciliations • Perform other related duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study • Bookkeeping, AR and/or AP experience is a must • Hands-on experience working with MS Excel & accounting software like QuickBooks • Highly organized and strong attention to detail • Strong follow through skills • Good verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently
