• Represent the global HR function, providing full-service HR business partner consulting support to the Global Customer Success group. • Cultivate strong and influential working relationships with the leadership team and employees across the organization. • Coach and counsel leaders and managers. Provide tools and guidance that enable management effectiveness and drive high organizational performance. • HR Policy and Compliance: This role will ensure that HR policies and procedures are compliant with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards that include overtime, shift pay and other tasks that come with a global team that is working in shifts. • Change Management: This position will play a key role in managing organizational change initiatives such as growth of the team. • Legal Compliance: Given the diverse legal frameworks across India and other global countries, this role must stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements specific to each country where the organization operates. • Work closely with the Talent Management team to support adoption of talent management such as talent reviews, succession planning, on-boarding, hiring, operational improvements and employee development planning across the team. • In partnership with the Talent Attraction team, you will be responsible for driving the talent attraction strategy to increase brand awareness, hire top talent and cultivate external partnerships.
• 7+ years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role in India supporting Technology teams. • Having experience in SaaS companies is an added advantage. • Experience working for a global technology company and start ups. • Proven capabilities in guiding organizations through periods of change. • Collaborative and customer-focused with ability to develop strong and influential business relationships. • Independent thinking and innovative mind, with an ability to be resourceful when needed. • Proven capabilities in guiding organizations through periods of growth. • Comfortable to challenge the status quo with a passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment. • Proven ability to work effectively with remote multiple sites over great distances and across time zones. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience required.
