📋 Description

• Own ad monetization strategy and revenue across the mobile games portfolio • Manage bidding and waterfall configurations in MAX Mediation - experiment freely, ship fast • Negotiate commercial deals with ad partners and resolve technical issues (SDK updates, discrepancies, creative quality) • Build and automate ad performance reporting (eCPM, ARPDAU, IMPDAU) - use AI, scripts, whatever gets you there fastest • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize ad product monetization • Proactively bring new ideas - ad formats, mediation tactics, AI workflows that save the team hours

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in mobile ad monetization (or less if you learn unusually fast) • Solid understanding of mobile gaming economics and waterfall optimization • You dig into data obsessively but hate doing the same manual thing twice — you'd rather automate it • You already use AI tools daily in your work, not because someone told you to • You thrive with goals and trust, not daily task lists • Fluent in written and spoken English
