• Own identity and access management with Okta, covering SSO, MFA and the full lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding • Manage device fleets across MacBook, Windows and Android through Workspace ONE UEM, including enrollment, compliance and security policies • Keep the tool landscape in shape — Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Miro and the Atlassian suite — so colleagues actually enjoy using it • Build request types, workflows, SLAs and approval processes in Jira Service Management • Automate recurring work with Google Apps Script, Okta Workflows and n8n so tasks run without manual intervention • Track CVEs across the fleet, review audit logs and set up automated security reporting, in line with GDPR and BDSG • Apply ISO 27001 and TISAX thinking to daily work, without owning the certifications themselves • Communicate clearly across the company, from technical detail for admins to the bigger picture for management
• Several years of hands-on experience in corporate IT, IT operations or IT administration, ideally in a remote-first environment • Solid foundation across IAM (Okta or similar), collaboration suites (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), MDM/UEM (Workspace ONE or similar) and Atlassian • Scripting as everyday work, e.g. JavaScript, Apps Script, Python or low-code workflows • Security and compliance mindset from the outset; experience with ISO 27001 or TISAX is a major plus • Strong communication skills in German (C1 / native) and English (B2+), for documentation and vendor interactions • Analytical and structured approach — you solve causes, not symptoms • Ownership mentality — you drive your topics forward independently • Nice to have: AWS integrations (API Gateway, Lambda), Looker Studio, ITIL knowledge or relevant certifications
