• Manage, prioritize, and track operational and technical tasks. • Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot reported issues. • Monitor, maintain, and optimize automation workflows using tools such as Activepieces, Make, and n8n. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion and process alignment. • Build, maintain, and update reports and dashboards to track performance and progress. • Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth delivery operations. • Maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and process updates for continuous improvement.
• Prior experience in an operational or technical support role preferred. • Experience collaborating across departments in a fast-paced environment. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality. • Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools such as Notion, Google Sheets, Trello, or equivalent platforms. • Familiarity with automation tools like Activepieces, Make, n8n, or Zapier. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and identify process improvements. • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or API integrations is a nice to have. • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
