📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain application components for the Kantata SX solution • Support new feature development and maintain current builds • Work with Product Management to scope, plan, design, and develop Kantata PSA features in sprint-based delivery cycles • Own, shape, and develop functionality for customer enhancements and product backlog features • Investigate and resolve issues escalated by the client support team • Identify root causes and implement engineering fixes and changes • Contribute to the overall solution architecture, with focus on performance and process improvement • Analyze requirements, understand and develop user stories, and design customer-focused features • Take end-to-end responsibility for key functional areas and become a subject matter expert • Contribute to Salesforce patterns and practices • Deliver scalable features for enterprise clients using efficient UI, Apex, and SOQL design • Rapidly prototype solutions to complex challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate-level experience in software development on the Force.com platform • Salesforce development background and performance optimization experience • Experience designing and implementing across all layers of web-based SaaS solutions • Experience with agile development approaches, including estimating, TDD, and sprint cycles • Clear communication through technical design conversations, documentation, and presentations • Ability to handle unique or unprecedented development challenges without predefined solutions • Full-stack development experience • Knowledge of Visualforce, Lightning components, Apex, custom objects, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SOQL
