• 8-12+ years in Product Management, with demonstrated portfolio or multi-product ownership • 3+ years leading product teams • Experience owning end-to-end product strategy in fintech, lending, underwriting, credit, or other regulated environments • Proven ability to translate product strategy into measurable financial outcomes • Strong understanding of lending economics, risk-based pricing, and portfolio performance • Experience working within complex, integrated systems • Ability to understand system constraints, technical dependencies, and architectural trade-offs • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives • Strong prioritization and structured decision-making skills • Ability to bring clarity and structure to complex or ambiguous environments • Experience leading and developing high-performing product talent
