📋 Description

• Respond to platform support inquiries — quickly, clearly, and with a solution-oriented approach • Guide new Sparkassen (savings banks) and sales partners through technical onboarding • Strengthen long-term customer relationships — in collaboration with Sales and Product Management • Work in a digital-first way: video chat, email, and phone — efficiently, empathetically, and to the point • Actively contribute to the development and improvement of our support processes

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational training as a bank clerk or other commercial apprenticeship • Some relevant experience • Initial experience in mortgage financing and certification under §34i GewO is a plus but not required • Nice-to-have: experience with platform businesses or knowledge of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (Savings Banks Finance Group) • Enthusiasm for technical topics and a desire to deeply understand how things work • Strong communication skills, empathy, and enjoyment of teamwork • Fast learner with the ability to work independently and take responsibility • Confident user of MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
