📋 Description

• Build a robust, domain-specific data foundation for the installment-loan business • Develop scalable data pipelines • Model reliable data structures, for example using dbt • Consolidate data from different sources • Identify dependencies and create clean, maintainable data models • Prepare data for reporting, analytics, and AI applications • Develop reusable and reliable data products • Ensure data is usable for AI and automation use cases • Ensure data privacy, compliance, and secure access to sensitive financial data • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Analysts, and Data Scientists • Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions • Take end-to-end responsibility for data products, from modeling and implementation through to stable operations • Independently prioritize and drive cross-functional initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience building and operating data pipelines, data models, or analytics engineering solutions in production environments • Hands-on experience with SQL and Python • Experience with dbt and Airflow • Knowledge of transformation, orchestration, and testing • Experience working with existing system landscapes and business, technical, and organizational dependencies • Ability to familiarize yourself with complex processes in the installment-loan business • Experience with testing, monitoring, and data validation checks to ensure data quality • Understanding of the requirements AI and automation applications place on data quality, structure, and availability • Ideally, experience with data privacy, such as GDPR, access-control concepts, and sensitive data in regulated environments • Data product mindset • German language skills at least at C1 level, both written and spoken
