📋 Description
• Inspection of residential, commercial and specialist properties, inside and out • Assessment and documentation of the technical/structural condition of properties • Performing site measurements • Calculation of living/floor areas • Documentation of current construction status and maintenance measures • Regular digital communication with the team
🎯 Requirements
• Interest/affinity for real estate • Experience with floor area calculations and site measurements (ideally) • Strong communication skills • Reliability • Ability to work independently • Accuracy • Conscientiousness • Responsible approach • Driver's license (Class B) • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
