• The main task is to acquire potential prospects (independent merchants of EDEKA and REWE) for us through a structured sales process • The merchants should install our systems and use the EMSU Retail Media Platform • Structured management of the assigned territory in coordination with the team • Approaching identified prospects and continuously winning new customers • Acquisition, consulting and support of customers in both inside and field sales • Development of and participation in initiatives to grow existing customer accounts • Contributing ideas to optimize sales structures and processes • Close collaboration with the Sales, Customer Relations and Marketing teams • Taking on additional customer groups by agreement
• 3+ years of experience in sales/field sales in grocery retail (LEH) • Confident and experienced in dealing with independent retailers in the grocery sector • Confident and persuasive demeanor • Ability to identify and understand customer needs • Highly motivated and willing to contribute constructively to product and process improvements • Excellent German language skills • Proficient with MS Office • Experience with HubSpot CRM is desirable • Experience in a start-up environment is an advantage but not required
