📋 Description
• Inspection of residential, commercial and special-purpose properties • Assessment and documentation of the structural/technical condition of properties • Taking measurements and calculating living/floor areas • Documentation of current construction status • Digital communication with colleagues about ongoing matters
🎯 Requirements
• Interest in real estate • Some experience in the real estate sector or a strong interest in the field • Experience with living-area calculations and measurements is desirable • Good communication skills • Reliability • Ability to work independently • Attention to detail • Conscientiousness • Responsible approach to work • Valid driver's license (Class B) and some driving experience • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
