• Conduct internal and external inspections of residential, commercial and specialised properties • Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties • Take measurements and calculate living/floor space • Document current construction status and maintenance measures • Communicate digitally with colleagues about current issues
• Affinity for real estate and initial experience or a strong interest in the real estate sector • Ideally experience with floor area calculations and taking measurements • Strong communication skills, reliability and the ability to work independently • Strengths: accuracy, conscientiousness and responsible conduct • Friendly demeanour, even under stress • Confident use of Office programs such as Excel, MS Teams and Outlook • Driver’s license (Class B) and driving experience • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
