📋 Description
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections of residential, commercial and specialized properties • Coordinate and schedule routes and appointments in collaboration with the service team • Responsible for assessing and documenting the structural and technical condition of properties in the region • Take measurements and calculate living/floor areas • Document current construction status as well as maintenance activities
🎯 Requirements
• Interest in real estate • Some experience in the real estate industry or a strong interest in entering the field • Experience with floor area calculations and on-site measurements • Good communication skills, reliability and the ability to work independently • Attention to detail, conscientiousness and responsible behavior • Service-oriented and friendly manner • Class B driving license and some driving experience • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
