📋 Description

• Develop machine learning models to support concrete decisions in the installment lending business • Apply modern methods from data science, predictive analytics, and artificial intelligence • Ideally, support the development of AI features and LLM-based applications for digital installment lending processes • Work closely with Data Engineering, Product Management, and Data Analytics • Leverage the existing data foundation to develop scalable ML solutions • Guide machine learning models end to end—from ideation and development through evaluation and deployment to production readiness • Continuously optimize machine learning models in production • Introduce new approaches in machine learning and artificial intelligence • Support the ongoing development of data-driven products and use cases

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience developing and operating machine learning models for production systems • Ideally, experience with MLOps • Proficiency in Python and commonly used machine learning frameworks • Strong command of model training, evaluation, and continuous improvement in production environments • Experience with the challenges of production systems • Ability to bring together technical, business, and data-related requirements • Ability to translate complex business processes into meaningful machine learning applications, models, and features • Ideally, initial hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, or integrating them into applications • Independent, structured approach to work, combined with a strong sense of ownership and reliability • Awareness of data protection requirements and the responsible handling of sensitive data • German language skills at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken
