📋 Description

• Own complex end-to-end design processes, from discovery, research, and ideation through to final UI • Identify relevant problems and formulate hypotheses • Translate product goals, data, and user needs into intuitive user experiences • Design user experiences across complex, data-driven B2B systems and processes • Analyze relationships and develop solutions that guide users effectively and make decision-making easier • Structure ambiguous problem spaces and iteratively refine solutions • Use data, research, and feedback to make informed design decisions • Optimize conversion, reliability, and user guidance • Work closely with Product, Data, Development, and other stakeholders in cross-functional product teams • Champion the user perspective and actively drive product decisions • Use modern design and prototyping tools, as well as targeted AI assistance

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer • Experience with data-driven platforms, enterprise SaaS, or products with a high degree of domain complexity • Experience working in at least two different product organizations • Strong proficiency across research, UX conception, and UI design • Hypothesis-driven, iterative approach and a discovery mindset • Experience working with complex B2B processes and user journeys • Confident navigating ambiguity and working independently with a high degree of ownership • Strong communication skills and confidence when working with a range of stakeholders • Proficient with common design and prototyping tools, such as Figma • Active and thoughtful use of AI in day-to-day work • Ability to prioritize between the UX ideal, business impact, and technical feasibility • A portfolio that clearly demonstrates your process, decision-making rationale, and individual role
