📋 Description

• Responsible for planning and coordinating central change and innovation projects • Work hand in hand with management • Monitor potential pitfalls and maintain a continuous dialogue with all stakeholders • Advise and motivate project participants • Ensure the quality of project deliverables through regular reviews • Keep everyone informed through regular updates

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in strategic and political project management • Confident in both agile and traditional project management methods • Well versed in common project management tools • Experience with digital products • Fluent German (at least C1) • Good English skills (at least B2)
