📋 Description

• Deliver course content using the teaching materials already provided internally • Provide expert, practice-oriented instruction • Take on teaching assignments in the short and medium term • Support and assist participants • Conduct live classes Monday to Thursday, 8:45 a.m.–1:00 p.m. • Support independent learning Monday to Thursday, 1:00–4:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:45 a.m.–1:00 p.m.; attendance during these hours is not required • Participate in the three initially planned pilot sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable qualifications in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources management, or a comparable field • Relevant professional experience in digital recruiting and the use of modern recruiting methods and tools • Experience in active sourcing, digital candidate outreach, and working with applicant tracking systems • Willingness to work with the internally provided teaching materials and deliver them in a practical, engaging manner • Practical experience in adult education • Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and strong teaching skills • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and technical proficiency • Independent working style and flexibility • Confident use of digital tools and learning platforms • German language skills (minimum C1 level)
