📋 Description

• Proactively source and directly approach anesthesiologists, other physician profiles, medical professionals (ATA, MFA, OTA), and commercial staff • Recruit for partner companies operating throughout Germany and for OPISTO Holding • Manage the entire candidate process, from job posting and channel selection through initial screening, interview scheduling, and conducting interviews • Support final candidate selection together with partner companies and the holding company • Use AI-powered solutions for candidate research, candidate outreach, application screening, and job description creation • Monitor new recruiting tools to further develop the recruitment process • Build and maintain a candidate network • Maintain relationships with vocational schools, training institutions, and professional associations • Coordinate staffing needs with partner companies and the holding company • Analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and the candidate funnel using Personio • Contribute to employer branding and personnel marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in human resources, business administration, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in recruiting and candidate management, ideally in healthcare or the placement of medical professionals • Experience with direct candidate outreach (active sourcing) through established recruiting channels • Experience with Personio or comparable HR/applicant tracking systems • Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools or a strong affinity for using new digital recruiting solutions • Initial experience with recruiting metrics/reporting and employer branding/personnel marketing is desirable • Excellent communication skills when working with physicians and medical professionals • A high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently
