📋 Description

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and live chat • Assist clients with account management, order tracking, subscription updates, billing inquiries, and basic service troubleshooting • Use CRM software to resolve customer issues • Turn challenging situations into positive interactions by listening actively and offering practical alternatives • Maintain high service standards and support customer retention • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, tickets, and resolutions in internal tracking databases

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Italian (C1/C2) • Good working knowledge of English (B2) • Must hold an EU/EEA Passport or a valid Portuguese Work/Residence Permit • Active NIF and NISS ready • Private, quiet home office environment • Stable high-speed internet connection with direct Ethernet connection • Excellent verbal and written communication • Strong active listening, patience, and adaptability to learning new digital systems • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, retail, or hospitality is valued • Full paid training is provided • Candidates must already reside in Portugal or possess full legal authorization to work locally without relocation assistance
