📋 Description

• Responsible for maximizing Kellogg Brands sales and reaching qualitative objectives in their POS • Guarantee an excellent execution of the Trade Marketing 4 Ps • Responsible for defining their POS panel and their effective coverage • Periodically analyses and shares views/opinions with their manager to identify short- and medium-term actions • Monitor the market and competitor’s evolution in their territory • Supply reports and recommendations regarding interventions • Collaborate with RAM/NAM in managing assigned banners responsibility and providing recommendations/anticipations

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Italian and English is necessary • University degree required, preferably economics or similar • Strong knowledge of the products • Knowledge and use of sales tools • Good knowledge of Categories, Brand strategies, Consumer and Shopper behaviour • High communication skills • Proactive and initiative taking • Good team worker • Loyal to both role and company • Enthusiastic and dedicated
