📋 Description

• analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities with management • initiating sales opportunities with both existing customers and new customers via both outbound cold calling and in-bound calls • managing new price requests and working within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software system to maintain clean records of all customer information and pricing • Answer questions via email or phone regarding existing orders in a timely manner • Follow up on sample requests and new quotes in a timely manner consistent with Keystone policies • Check availability on orders and stock and communicate to customers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner • Cross-reference other manufacturers part numbers to Keystone products, ensuring accurate product matching while supporting customers and sales team with equivalent solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred • Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required • 1-2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role • Outstanding customer service skills with attention to rapid responses, clarity in communications and a strong drive to exceed customer expectations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Teams and Excel • Experience with CRM software and Prophet 21 preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to perform time-sensitive work environment • Comfortable with phone interaction with very good verbal communication skills • Work well independently or on a team • Demonstrate an unwavering belief in and commitment to the company’s Core Values, consistently aligning actions, decisions, and collaboration with them
