📋 Description

• Perform the registration, updating and maintenance of menus in internal systems and digital platforms, ensuring the correct availability of products across all sales channels. • Ensure the quality and integrity of registered information, including prices, descriptions, ingredients, images, categories and item availability. • Perform checks and validations of catalog data, identifying inconsistencies and making the necessary corrections to ensure information reliability. • Support the implementation of launches, portfolio changes and promotional campaigns, ensuring updates are completed within established deadlines. • Create and update control spreadsheets, tracking KPIs, cataloging schedules and other administrative routines for the area. • Interface with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, Sales and Technology to ensure alignment and consistency of menu information. • Analyze feedback from customers, restaurants and internal teams to identify opportunities to improve the organization, presentation and quality of menu information. • Contribute to the standardization of cataloging processes by following internal procedures and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage a large volume of information while ensuring accuracy and quality of registrations. • Intermediate Excel skills, with proficiency in functions such as VLOOKUP, basic pivot tables, filters and essential formulas (SUM, AVERAGE, etc.). • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating product descriptions and interacting with different areas of the company. • Proactive profile, willing to continuously learn and contribute to improvements in routines and processes. • Familiarity with ERP systems and delivery platforms is a plus.
