📋 Description

• Responsible for the sales, costs and results of the stores and employees in your region • Ensure adherence to budget and achievement of sales targets • Build and maintain a positive working environment through the selection, leadership, development and motivation of your team • Analyze and manage store performance in your area using KPI systems • Serve as the central interface and point of contact between headquarters and the stores • Plan, coordinate and implement trade marketing activities in your region to drive sustainable sales growth

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training and/or a degree in business or a related field • Several years of experience in regional management, preferably in retail, cosmetics or fashion • Excellent German and good English skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently • Ability to strategically develop your assigned territory • Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability • Excellent communication skills and a confident, persuasive presence • Ability to lead and motivate teams with passion • Social competence combined with assertiveness and persuasiveness
