📋 Description

• Create and maintain a positive working atmosphere by leading, developing, coaching and motivating your store team. • Organize inventory management for the sales floor and ensure an attractive merchandise presentation in the store. • Optimize, manage and implement all relevant procedures and sales processes. • Take responsibility for the sales and financial results of your store. • Ensure proficient use of our merchandise management and point-of-sale (POS) systems. • Responsible for sales tracking, analysis and personnel planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in retail cosmetics or fashion. • Strong customer-service orientation and proven sales skills. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others. • Team player with leadership experience. • Strong organizational skills and good numerical/analytical aptitude. • Passion for cosmetics. • Confident, communicative and professional presence.
