📋 Description

• Relieve the founders in day-to-day operations as a Founders' Associate • Develop creative ideas and suggestions to improve the social media content strategy • Create posts based on the founders' editorial input • Maintain and grow the LinkedIn presence, post content and expand it strategically • Participate in the entire recruiting process – from job postings and active sourcing to pre-screening and conducting interviews • Further develop employer branding initiatives on social media • Support sales with trade show preparation and processing lead lists • No cold calling

🎯 Requirements

• Initial proven experience and skills in social media marketing • Basic affinity for online marketing, ideally B2B and content marketing on LinkedIn • Enrolled at least in an advanced Bachelor's program or preferably a Master's program in a relevant field (e.g., Online Marketing or AI) • Enthusiasm for digital social media strategies for acquiring customers or applicants • Confident handling of AI tools or willingness to learn them quickly • Clear, open and direct communication • Healthy, realistic self-confidence • Confident, professional demeanor with clients and candidates • Good command of expression • Independent, proactive working style and ability to work in a team • Very good academic grades are a plus • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken • Confident, communicative English • Initial recruiting experience is a plus but not required • Available at least 16 hours per week, ideally 20 hours
