📋 Description
• Support learners throughout the entire 24-week program • Lead a 90-minute online session once a week • Use interactive activities to promote reflection and deepen course content • Prepare online sessions and adapt suggested activities as needed • Develop visual aids • Support learners outside of online sessions and answer questions • Monitor and evaluate course progress and active participation in online sessions • Collect and share feedback from learners' and trainers' perspectives
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in facilitation, teaching, or delivering workshops • Solid understanding of HR, global recruitment processes, and legal frameworks • Knowledge of and experience with diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with a specialized curriculum • Personal or professional experience with migration, skills shortages, and workplace diversity • Familiarity with online tools such as Zoom, Google Drive, and learning platforms (LMS) • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Strong communication skills in English and German, each at least at C1 level
