⢠The Sales Associate will be responsible for understanding and developing assigned territory to maximize and grow revenue and profits by selling the products to existing customers and acquiring new business. ⢠Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing customers. ⢠Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets and/or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets. ⢠Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers. ⢠Develop in-depth knowledge of products via successful completion of required sales training programs and utilize this knowledge to sell the product.
⢠Minimum of 2 years Retail Sales experience ⢠Demonstrate effectiveness in new business development and lead qualification ⢠Customer service oriented ⢠Excellent communication skills speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations ⢠Must be able to travel to a certain extent and be open to relocation for the company's sales ⢠Korean language skill is required.
