• Own and scale paid acquisition channels as a primary driver of qualified website traffic, customer growth, and revenue • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and increase revenue contribution • Develop and execute structured experimentation programs across audiences, creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies • Track marketing performance across the acquisition funnel including traffic quality, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and ROAS
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition roles • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other digital advertising channels • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates • Familiarity with CRM platforms used for segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle marketing programs • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate marketing data into actionable growth strategies • Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfortable working directly in marketing platforms
