📋 Description

• Advise private homeowners on photovoltaic solutions, battery storage systems, and EV wallboxes • Acquire new customers through information and industry events, trade fairs, referrals, and your own channels • Manage pre-qualified leads • Guide customers through to closing by effectively managing the sales funnel • Arrange flexible working hours, including evenings or Saturdays, as needed • Provide regular reports to the Head of Sales on target achievement, agreements, and market developments in the sales territory

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, or in field sales, ideally in a B2C environment • Commercial training or a completed degree—career changers are welcome! • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong results orientation • Independent and structured approach to work • Technical interest in photovoltaics • Class B driver's license • Willingness to travel within the sales territory
