📋 Description

• Advise farmers on sustainable solutions for fertilization and animal nutrition • Conduct needs analyses, advise on proper application, and monitor results • Take independent responsibility for a designated sales territory • Maintain relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers • Actively sell innovative products in the field • Collaborate with agricultural retailers and sales partners • Represent the company at regional industry events and trade fairs • Support farmers in a sales territory close to your home • Independently handle administrative tasks while on the road or from home

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally, experience and/or training in agriculture, animal husbandry, agricultural technology, animal feed, livestock housing equipment, or a related field • Motivated applicants without prior agricultural experience are also welcome, for example, candidates with a background in sales, skilled trades, or a related industry • Practical knowledge and an interest in consulting and sales • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach to work • Ideally, an existing network of contacts with farms, cooperatives, or agricultural retailers • Category B driver's license • Willingness to spend five days per week visiting customers in the field
