• Oversee the day-to-day delivery activities for the project, ensuring commitments are delivered on time and with high quality. • Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery-related matters with the client, stakeholders, and internal teams. • Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and overall project health. • Own the execution and governance of project SLAs and contractual commitments, ensuring delivery teams consistently meet agreed service levels and client expectations. • Drive alignment between client expectations, business objectives, and team execution plans. • Facilitate regular status meetings, delivery reviews, and planning sessions with stakeholders and project teams. • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers. • Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes. • Monitor team capacity and workload to support effective planning and execution. • Track and communicate delivery metrics, project status, risks, and accomplishments to stakeholders. • Manage escalations and coordinate resolution efforts when critical issues arise. • Ensure adherence to project processes, quality standards, and delivery best practices. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team. • Coordinate efforts across distributed teams and support effective collaboration in global environments.
• 10+ years of professional experience in delivery management, project management, program management, or related leadership roles. • Proven experience leading the delivery of complex software development or technology projects. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and delivery methodologies. • Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models. • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations effectively. • Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities. • Experience managing project risks, dependencies, resource planning, and delivery execution. • Ability to analyze delivery metrics and drive data-informed decision-making. • Experience working with distributed teams and coordinating efforts across multiple regions. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
