• Identify and target potential new clients within the MENA region through strategic outreach. • Schedule and conduct sales appointments to perform detailed walkthroughs of our eLearning solutions, tailored to the prospective client’s needs. • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale, ensuring a smooth transition and high customer engagement. • Develop persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within our CRM system. • Meet or exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets, preferably in the eLearning, tech, or software industry. • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conducting product walkthroughs and closing sales. • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. • A solid understanding of sales performance metrics. • Excellent negotiation, time management, and organizational skills. • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
