• Manage the full sales cycle for new customers. • Drive new business development through diverse sales strategies. • Foster relationships with local Workday field teams. • Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and the contracting process. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners and customers. • Develop, forecast, and manage the sales pipeline. • Maintain a high volume of sales activities. • Build and maintain formal networks with key decision-makers. • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven success in sales within the assigned region(s). • 3+ years of experience in new business development sales within SaaS or cloud-based ERP ecosystems. • Fluency in English and the primary local language(s). • Proven ability to influence diverse audiences and stakeholders. • Experience with transformational and consultative selling. • Familiarity with conceptual and strategic sales methodologies is preferred. • Proven ability to thrive as a self-starter in a remote-first environment.
