• Plan and conduct training sessions for technicians • Collaborate with business and function stakeholders • Identify competence development needs • Maintain and analyze training records • Supervise or conduct special training courses • Stay current on industry developments and innovations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of technical experience in a similar industry • Skills in elevator service/repair methods and tools • Ability to plan and conduct training sessions for technicians • Collaborate with business and function stakeholders • Analyze and monitor training records
